The Keys to Optimum Health (Part 2)

Last blog I defined Optimum or Perfect Health so that we all can be on the same page when it comes to identifying the keys of getting to this state.

In an ideal world each generation would have taught the next generation optimum realities of understanding the concepts of universal love, the concepts of understanding how one truly gets what it is that they are getting, how to grow and eat energetically “live” food, and so much more.

The point is that we are all playing “catch up” for all the mistakes, and mistreatment, and misinformation that has gone on in our lives and in the lives of our ancestors.

So we must realize first that true healing is necessary no matter whom you are and no matter if you have symptoms or not!

I cannot stress enough the need to only use healing methods that work with the sole purpose of restoring God’s perfect design of you.

I like the term “Vessel” instead of “body” since most of us were taught that all we are is our physical body. We are definitely more than our physical body!

The keys to Optimum Health must open the locks of every door in our vessel. The world’s most celebrated and astute physicians cannot heal even the simplest paper cut, much less serious illness. So the job of every physician/healer must always be to identify everything within the body, mind, and spirit that are interfering with the human organism’s own ability to heal and provide it with the building blocks and information it needs restore optimum function and integrity on all levels.

The healing technologies we now have, such as American Biological Medicine™, BioResonance Scanning™, and Circuit Healing™, allow us to literally access the light information of the body (Illuminated Physiology and the Medical Uses of Light).

We can now flow dynamically through the crystalline matrix of the vessel and identify virtually any interference to optimum function within a person and go even further and actually identify the corrective building blocks and/or information the body needs to heal itself.

Stay tuned because there is more to come… Share

The Keys to Optimum Health

Recently I was asked the question “Dr. Jernigan, what are the keys to perfect health?”

To answer this we must first define what “Perfect Health” really means. We definitely know that it is not the absence of symptoms, since feeling good is no guarantee of being healthy.

This point is clear with so many people are diagnosed with cancer and other illness that take years to become manifest, yet these people would say they were symptom-free for many years prior to their diagnosis.

I like the term “Optimum Health.” I like it so much that I put it in the name of my clinic…Hansa Center for Optimum Health!

Optimum Health is the product of living with the highest degree of functional integrity within the body, mind, and spirit.

Optimum Health is manifested by the ability of the body, mind, and spirit to adapt instantly and correctly to any changes in its internal and external environment.

True Healing is the product of guiding and facilitating the restoration of integrity of every aspect of the body, mind, and spirit through thoughtfully applied physical treatments, natural medicines, and therapies, as well as through teaching and coaching one back to optimum health on all levels.

True healing can never occur by simply masking the symptoms. It might as well be magic if one must take a pill forever in order to feel good.

If one takes the pill away, the reality is obvious…

Not only do you still have your problem but underneath the pill it has gotten worse. So the keys to Optimum Health cannot be found by creating Drug-Induced Illusions of Health!

I know I still have not answered the question of what are the keys to perfect health, so you will just have to come back to my next blog! Share

Functionally Dysfunctional Boxes

In my last blog post called "The Aquarium Shark" I spoke of how our comfort zone is our box within which we view the world and live. I want to expand upon this theme.

I have heard many people tell me that if the life they are living is supposed to be their “Comfort Zone” there is nothing comfortable about it.

Life can be quite uncomfortable and miserable within our boxes. As uncomfortable as life may be, it must be understood that we are playing the game of life following the rules we agreed to use. Rules to the game of life seem to line the inside boundaries of each of our boxes.

Once we understand how we keep getting what it is that we are getting, either comfortable or uncomfortable we can begin to take more control by opening up to redefining our rules.

For instance, a rule I have heard many people say that the word “Grace” from the Bible is defined as “Undeserved favor from God.” Remember that our rules define the boundaries of our box. So from this definition of grace we see the viewpoint that grace is a PASSIVE event like God “throwing us a bone every now and then.”

I was shocked the first time I realized that all of the reference books say that the true definition of the word “Grace” is that it is a ACTIVE utilization of Divine light and love!

The true definition of grace is, “The purposeful allowing and influence of Divine light and love working in and through your heart and its reflection in the world around you.”

Can you see how empowering this true definition can be in your expansion of your box?
Can you see also how limiting it can be if you have been living within your box thinking that grace is a passive thing?

I like to ask people who believe its passive “Does it kind of feel like God is stingy with his bones?”

Armed with the accurate definition of grace we can improve what it is that we are getting. As we ACTIVELY and PURPOSEFULLY send out Divine Light and Love from our hearts into the workplace, people, and events of our lives those rays of light and love bounce (reflection) off everyone and everything in our world and come back at us as what we would identify as FAVOR! Contrast this with praying earnestly for help and then wondering why help often doesn’t come, why you don’t get your bone.

We all must understand how we keep getting what we are getting in our Comfort Zone. Our boundaries of our boxes will not shift one inch until we really look at the rules we brought into it, consciously or subconsciously.

This is the value of going outside of your comfort zone. If we continue to seek answers from sources that also bought into the same rules, we will beat at the walls of our box to no avail. Sincerity is no guarantee of truth.

Question everything you think you know, especially those rules you feel you “definitely know!”

The strongest rules are often the most limiting. Share

The Aquarium Shark

Did you know that one of the most valued and sought after saltwater aquarium fish were baby sharks? This is because if you place a baby shark in a small (100 gallon) aquarium it will stay small, usually less than a foot long. The same shark in the ocean may be 12 feet long!

I love this fact because in life we have all created our own aquarium, most call it our box. Our box is also our Comfort Zone with which we view the world. Everything outside of our box is the things that we fear and avoid. If everything inside our box is our comfort zone, then everything outside of the box of our world would be our Uncomfortable Zone.

When I trained in Anthroposophical Medicine in Germany, they taught that if everything you have done has created this reality of illness/life-dysfunction, then if you want a new and better reality of health/functional-life, then you must change everything you are doing. These medical doctors in German would, as part of their treatment of a cancer patient, tell the patient, “If you normally answer the phone with your right hand, then answering it with your left changes you.” “If you are dominantly a thinker, and get very little exercise, then exercising will help restore balance and health.” “If you are an athletic person and do nothing creatively, then increasing your creativity through art and clay-modeling can change your health.”

As one of my teachers, T. Harv Eker says, “Often people wait for the feeling of fear to pass before they will do anything…therefore most people never do anything!” If we are going to get out of our Comfort Zone we must realize that once we are outside of it that it will feel Uncomfortable at first! The uncomfortable-ness of change/growth is not an indication to stop growing.

While not suitable for all audiences, the new movie “Yes Man” with Jim Carey is a great example of opening up your aquarium/box and letting your life be filled with all the potential for growth that the ocean of life has to offer.

I encourage you to push, tear, claw, and rip your box to shreds at every opportunity and don’t be surprised, those of you who think that you’ve discarded your aquarium, to find that you have often just expanded your box but not gotten rid of it. PUSH, PUSH, PUSH! Share

Welcome to my Optimum Health Blog

Hello, this is my new blog. Welcome!! I am glad you are here.

Let me start out with just a short overview of what my goals are for YOUR health.

Our goal is to restore balance in the body as a whole, and scientific research confirms that all areas of life are connected. We address all issues in the body for complete healing:

Structural
Chemical
Bio-energetic
Lifestyle/stress/spiritual

At Hansa Center for Optimum Health, our doctors provide treatment and education that works with God's natural design of the body, empowering the body to heal itself.

We believe that true healing cannot occur by simply masking symptoms, so we seek to treat the cause of the illness, utilizing extensive non-invasive treatments in conjunction with supplements to help the body rid itself of disease.

"Health in a bottle" is a myth - if you must continually take a pill, it is not correcting what is necessary for your body to heal.If you are sick, we are here to help.

If you are well, we can still help you reach and maintain your optimum health.
