The One-on-One Relationship with Yourself

In all of my blog posts I have presented ways to see how we contribute to our reality (joy or illness, prosperity or poverty) through practical applications. Each blog presents principles based upon a solid understanding how the body, mind, and spirit are interconnected and interdependent.

Each post is building upon the previous posts to form a complete picture and understanding of how powerful you are already, either knowingly or unknowingly applying what I call Universal Truths.

Virtually no universal law is more important than understanding that what we think and feel immediately and dynamically changes our body’s chemistry. Every thought you think and every emotion you feel is every cell’s command to shift its chemistry to support the thought or emotion!

This is why if a lion walks into the room, every cell instantly changes its chemistry to enable you to either fight the lion or run away!

In past posts I have talked about how you can deal with the reactions of other people, but there is one person you talk to more than anyone else, and one person you get all emotional with more than anyone else…

YOURSELF!

You are in a one-on-one relationship with yourself.

If you want to do a real workshop for self-improvement then listen to the dialog you have with your self in each moment of the day!

If you could have a transcript made of the thoughts, emotions, and imaginary conversations you had with yourself and others throughout the day, how would it read?

What if everyone could hear what you were thinking and feeling?

Might you more consciously guard your heart and mind?

The fact is ANYONE who is “energetically listening” DOES have insight into what you are thinking and feeling!

Now consider the types of chemicals your thoughts are causing your cells to create, especially when you have great emotion (e-motion = energy in motion!) about the thoughts, since the energy behind the thoughts is what drives the chemical reactions!

When you purposely and consciously shift your inner-talk to, as the bible states:
Whatsoever things are true,
whatsoever things are honest,
whatsoever things are just,
whatsoever things are pure,
whatsoever things are lovely,
whatsoever things are of good report;
if there be any virtue,
and if there be any praise,
think on these things.

Do only this and your body’s chemistry will support health and prosperity on all levels. Share
